“Athens will give you a thousand and two reasons, fake or real, for your bad mood: the broken lamp-post at Akademias'street, junkies with bloody hands at Kaniggos, 608 from Galatsi to Zografou filled with passengers like sardines, and with the equivalent smell. Come to think of it, in Athens you can be justifiably melancholic, and unexpectedly happy - the city gradually swallows you with its decline, and if you manage to emerge to the surface, you are the rare optimist.”

People’s stories. Short quiet dreams. And around them, Athens. An Athens that traps them into its light. And it’s a light that showers everything that passes by. And life goes on, and this is no consolation, it’s just truth covered in clichés. It moves in circles then disappears and is reborn again, it moves in circles anew, then disappears, and is reborn again.
